Shipping policy

At Nawab Legacy, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

For orders within Canada and the United States estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

If the shipping address provided at checkout matches the exact address used for shipment, and the tracking information confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier service (UPS, Canada Post etc.) Nawab legacy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered. In such cases, customers must contact the courier directly for assistance. 

Delivery Recommendation

If you may not be available during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier to request package pickup at a local access point or postal location. This helps reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages.

Nawab Legacy does not provide refunds or store credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. 

International Shipment 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country. Nawab Legacy is not responsible for covering these charges.

All prices, taxes and shipping fees on our website are listed and processed in Canadian dollar (CAD).
